the staff was helpful with flight information during check-out. the hotel offers a comfortable and swift airport transfer. the location is near many tourist sites and the train station (it makes getting around easy).

convenient location comfortable bed lovely scent
The location proved convenient! the train station was a short walk. i appreciated leaving my bag at the hotel before catching an afternoon train. the comfortable bed ensured restful sleep. The room also had a lovely scent.
the elevator only accessed half of the floor. i had to carry my luggage up some stairs.

decent stay near the station
good location friendly staff breakfast options old furniture small room mold issue
the location is good, i could walk to the train station easily. the staff was friendly when i asked for directions. breakfast had many options i ate.
the furniture felt old, i think they need to update it. i had a small room, it felt cramped with my luggage. the bathroom had some mold in the shower grout i saw.

convenient location polite staff clean room missing tea poor breakfast missing item
the location was really convenient. it was a short walk to the termini station, very helpful for getting around. the staff were polite and professional, i observed. the room was clean, as i expected.
there was a missing tea facility in my room. the breakfast was not very good, i thought. i also noticed missing hot items like scrambled eggs.
