the location was really convenient. it was a short walk to the termini station, very helpful for getting around. the staff were polite and professional, i observed. the room was clean, as i expected.
there was a missing tea facility in my room. the breakfast was not very good, i thought. i also noticed missing hot items like scrambled eggs.
